Why I always say 'I do' to working with brides.

Why do I like working with brides? Because when they ask me for help, they do what I ask of them.

There is nothing more frustrating for a practitioner after listening to, assessing, testing, treating and advising clients only for them to 'fall off the wagon' or forget to take supplements (excusable once or twice, not every other day), or interpret my instructions in a way that suits them. So of course they don’t get the results they wanted.

That's why I love my brides.
Because they have a goal – a serious goal – a deadline to meet, with expensive photos being taken on the day of that deadline, so they really, really want to do what I say, take what I prescribe, eat what I tell them to and exercise as frequently or infrequently as I suggest. These are the clients that get where they want to be, and are so, so happy with their results (and their photos!).

Train like a Bride.
There are several reasons why we should all take on a Bride mentality when it comes to our health, including:
  • The level of dedication and commitment to their health goals far exceeds clients who don't set goals at the beginning of any health plan;
  • They may fall off the wagon, but they jump back on quick-smart. That means a Christmas indulgence, a boozy hens, possibly a few too many champers and cheeses at the engagement party. But the next day they are back eating well (see my NEAT Bride Diet for inspiration); exercising (see my NEAT Exercise Program for motivation) and generally looking after themselves. Because Christmas comes every year, but you only get to be a Bride once (I hope).
  • They seek out help when they need it. If results aren't happening there's a 99% chance something else is going on, including raised stress levels, a hormone imbalance, insulin resistance or a thyroid problem. Seeking help early on means issues are diagnosed and treatment started so you can get on with reaching your goals.

Get with the programs
So what are you waiting for? Purchase my NEAT Nutritional Eating and Training Programs from www.pipreed.com.au/store and you too can take on the mentality of a Bride!

To do list:
  • Get started by following my 4 Week NEAT Programs (whether you're a bride or not) and see if you come across any health issues eg: stagnant weight loss, sleep or energy issues, weight gain, inability to lose weight from waist, hips or arms; If you feel there are some issues you couldn't address through my nutritional meal plans, recipes and exercise alone, then now is the time to contact me for a consult and together we will determine what is not working for you.
  • Alternatively, book in and see me now for an initial nutrition consultation and receive a tailored treatment plan that is going to address any issues immediately, and I'll throw in my NEAT Programs for free.
